Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation Process
– A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
– The deposit is nonrefundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
– Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments free of charge before the 48-hour window by using the booking confirmation email.
– A nonrefundable transaction cost of €0.29 will be applied to each booking.
2. Special Requirements
– Clients must inform us of any specific requirements related to their nails, including medical issues, special designs, special time frames…
– Clients must inform us if they would like to bring babies, children, friends, family, animals to the appointment.
– Clients must inform us if they will be late for the appointment. However if clients arrive later than 15 minutes the appointment will have to be canceled.
3. Nail Condition
Clients are advised not to book appointments if they have infected or fungus nails, as we prioritise the health and safety of all our clients.
4. Medical Pedicure
We do not perform medical pedicures. Please consult a medical professional for any foot-related medical concerns.
5. Phone Etiquette
Clients are suggested to turn their phones to silent mode during the treatment to ensure a relaxing experience for themselves and other clients.
6. Hygiene Practices
Clients are required to wash their hands and nails thoroughly before the treatment to maintain hygiene standards.
